Harbor is offered by Harbor Works. We want you to be happy with Harbor Plus. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you at the time of purchase, or
  • Contact Harbor Works through the support channel in your account and we will help you.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a few business days to appear.

What can be refunded

  • New Harbor Plus subscriptions within 30 days of the initial order date.
  • Renewal charges are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal date and no significant use has occurred during that renewal period.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Harbor Plus subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; unless you request a refund under this policy, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
